Turn around time for all boxes?

Our current turn around time for boxes is 2 weeks. Once we receive your order we go to work to pack up your boxes.

Can you customize your boxes?

Yes! During checkout, we give you the option to select certain items you would like to see in your boxes.

Do I have to commit to each box each month?

No! You do not. You can opt out of any box at any time

How do I know when my order ships?

once your order has shipped you will receive a email with tracking info. Unless your email is incorrect you will always receive a email with tracking.  You can also sign up for text message notifications on shipping at checkout.  

Do you ship international? 

Not at this time. We are working hard to offer it internationally soon!

can you add items to a existing order? 

Yes! you can add items to any order to save on shipping. Please email us so we can arrange that.

How long does it take to get a response to a order questions?

you will typically get a response within 1 to 7 business days. The only time it could possible take longer is due to illness or away on vacation. Please no Dm's about orders only Emails.

Store policy

Adventure boxes is not responsible for lost, stolen, damages packages. Once all orders are taken from the post office, they are responsible for the package. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. 

If you have any issues with your order please email us and we can try to fix the issues the best we can.
